At Claudette, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're happy to assist with a return or exchange, as long as the items are unworn, unlaundered, and in their original condition. Please ensure all tags, including designer and company labels, are still attached and included in the return package.
We offer free return shipping for items sent back due to our error, such as incorrect items, sizes, or colors, as long as the return is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we cannot process returns or exchanges after 14 days of receiving your items.

Shipping:
At Claudette's, we apply a standard shipping fee of $14.00 (contact us for fee on large furniture) on packages being shipped throughout the continental U.S. no matter which carrier we choose, and ALL packages are sent with signature confirmation. Once a tracking number is provided, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone aged 18 or older is available to accept the delivery. If you would like your package shipped without signature confirmation, please inform us by email immediately after placing your order at sales@claudettestyles.com. Please note that by opting for this method, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for any lost or missing packages.
Orders placed online through our website typically ship out within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed over the weekend or Bank Holiday will ship out the next business day.
Refunds:
All successfully returned items will be credited to the account that was originally used to purchase the item.

Please check dimensions very carefully as items listed in Home & Living may not be returned unless it’s damaged during shipment.
Regardless to the nature of your return ALL returns MUST be pre-approved prior to sending back.
