We offer free shipping on returns and exchanges sent back to us due to errors, such as wrong item(s), wrong size(s), wrong color(s) on our part providing that item(s) are returned within 14 days of you receiving your merchandise.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days of you receiving your merchandise.

Orders placed online through our website typically ship out within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed over the weekend or Bank Holiday will ship out the next business day.
